We focus on recruiting local young professionals

Bluetel Communications (Pty) Ltd has a strong focus on recruiting local young professionals that can be skilled in the telecoms industry. We not only aim to skill these young individuals technically, but also to imprint on them our strong business morals and values. We are empowering these young individuals to become highly skilled, highly motivated, responsible, and customer focused; and in so doing we hope to do our part in changing the high unemployment rate among our youth.

We are also involved with initiatives whereby we sponsor running clubs like the Jaguars Athletic club based in Ennerdale as well as sponsoring Eersterust Secondary High School with some of their annual functions.

Bluetel believes in building our country and empowering our fellow countrymen and will strive to get involved in more initiatives as we grow the company.
